Descriptions:
1. This machine is used for longitudinal slitting of cardboard web into sheets and making various scores on sheets according to different requirements.
2. Double operating systems (one on touch screen and one on operation panel) enhance obviously the flexibility and stability for production and maintenance..
3. Application of PLC (Programmable Logical Controller) simplifies the control circuit and increases the stability of the whole system; more over it provides feasibility for later upgrades.
4. The operating mechanism if composed of double AC inverter and AC variable frequency motor, which fits each other perfectly. The slitting speed and scoring speed can be adjusted separately, and each of them can follow the production line speed or run at preset speed, so that the slitting and scoring quality can come near to the perfection.
5. Precision linear guide way and slipper enable the synchronization of upper blade and lower blade seat; it makes order change easy and quick. In addition the blocking mechanism for slitter is area-to-area type, so that it ensures more stability of slitting.
6. The vertical spacing between scorers is adjusted through a worm and worm wheel device. It can change scoring depth without stopping the production line so that to increase production efficiency and reduce waste.
7. Positive-pressure-type liquid/air lubricating system can use either water or oil fog to lubricate the blades. At same time it is compatible for air-cooling and cleaning of blades, which helps removing the glue or paper scraps or grind stone dust stuck to the thin blade, so that the slitting quality will be enhanced and service life of blade is extended.
8. Intelligent maintenance reminder function can remind the relevant personnel of timely maintenance according to machine conditions. In this way it holds the machine in good condition all the time.
