l          The NDES series Complete Dry-end of Single-face Corrugator Line is composed of NC slitter-cutoff and NC basket down stacker for single-face paperboards.

l          Maximal production speed can reach 150 meter per minute, permanent production speed can be above 120mpm.

l          The number of slats doesn’t influent on stacking speed.

l          Maximum stack height can be above 1800mm for single-face boards.

l          Can connect directly with ground-logistics-system.

l          Design following CE standard, safe operation and easy maintenance.

l          Control system is updatable.

NC Slitter for Single-face Paperboard

l          High quality alloyed thin blades.

l          Automatic lubricating and sharpening of round thin blades.

l          PLC + servo motor +servo drive +ball screw shaft, ensure together the positioning precision of the slitter/scorer tools.

l          Double operating interfaces (touch screen (HMI) and control panel)

NC Cutoff for Single-face Paperboard

l          Automatic cutting the boards to fixed length.

l          Automatic tracking of the paperboard speed; automatic synchronization of production speed.

l          AC Servo motors with AC Servo drives ensure together the cutting precision.

l          Special shearing angle of saw-teeth knives creates clean cutting surface and ensures life of knives.

l          High-precision transmission system.

NC Basket Down Stacker for Single-face Paperboard

l          Position of rear stopper (backstop) adapts the length of boards automatically.
